Quadrant prepared the environmental parts of the Master Plan for Ellington Field, in Houston, Texas.
Quadrant Consultants assessed aviation trends at other Houston area airports, including a comparison of hangar costs, flight school activity and general aviation growth projections and airport operations, and developed a 20-year forecast for Ellington Field. Quadrant also supplied computer-aided design services to update the utility drawings of the airport.
