Engineering design for the reconstruction of IH 10 (Katy Freeway), in west Houston. The study includes traffic signal studies for five intersections.
Quadrant Consultants performed engineering design for the reconstruction of IH 10 (Katy Freeway), in west Houston. Quadrant designed the traffic signal systems for the Fry Road, Westgreen Boulevard and Mason Road intersections with IH 10, and the intersections of Fry Loop Road with Fry Road and Mason Loop Road with Mason Road. Quadrant also conducted traffic counts on these intersections to show that traffic signals are warranted at these intersections. Client: TxDOT Houston District |
